The rise of financial technology (Fin Tech), digital innovation, and sustainability has changed the global financial system in major ways. This study brings together ideas from key international organizations—the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and research by Pawłowska et al. (2022)—to explore how Fin Tech supports financial inclusion, sustainable investment, and digital transformation. The findings show that Fin Tech helps make financial markets more efficient, reduces information gaps, and channels funds toward green and inclusive growth. At the same time, it creates new risks such as market dominance by big players, cyber security issues, and data privacy concerns. This paper suggests a balanced policy approach to help Fin Tech achieve its full potential while protecting financial stability and promoting sustainability.
