Article Manuscript Handling Fee

MGM Publishing House does not charge any submission or publication fees upfront. The Article Manuscript Handling Fee is the only fee associated with publishing in our journals, and it is payable only after the article has been reviewed and accepted for publication by the editors. This fee is used to support the operations required to publish and maintain open-access journals.

What the Article Manuscript Handling Fee Covers:

The fee helps cover the following aspects:
•Editorial Work: This includes online tools for journal editors, peer review processes, administrative support, content commissioning, and overall journal development.
•Technical Infrastructure & Innovation: Costs related to the production, hosting, and ongoing maintenance of articles and the journal’s website.
•Editing & Production of Articles: The fee covers formatting, editing, composition, and inclusion in abstracting and indexing services.
•Marketing of Journal & Content: Ensures readers and authors are informed about the research published in the journal.
•Customer Service: Handling queries and concerns from authors, readers, and contributors.

Payment Process:
Once your article is editorially accepted, a request for the Article Manuscript Handling Fee will be sent to the author. Payment should be made through one of the following methods:

•NEFT/RTGS/Online Transfer (Only these payment methods are accepted).

Handling Fee:

•Indian Authors: INR 1,500 (Rupees One Thousand five hundred Only)
•Foreign Authors: USD 50 (Fifty Dollars)

Refund Policy:

The Article Manuscript Handling Fee becomes payable only once the article is accepted for publication.

•No Refunds will be provided for the fee after the article has been accepted for publication, regardless of circumstances.

Waiver Policy:

MGM Publishing House (Exploresearch Journal) maintains a transparent waiver policy to support researchers who are unable to afford the Article Manuscript Handling Fee. Authors in financial need may apply for a waiver, which is assessed on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from developing countries or institutions with limited funding.
