AI and HRM: A New Paradigm in Healthcare Management for the Vision Viksit Bharat

The healthcare sector which is instrumental for ensuring the health and well being of the society has been currently grappling with serious challenges in terms of staff shortages, increasing patient expectations, high work pressure, recruitment as well as the retention of skilled medical professionals. In this context, this paper attempts to analyze the integration of HRM with the latest technological advent in the form of Artificial Intelligence as an innovative strategy to provide effective healthcare solutions and serve the transformative vision of ‘health for all’.
